Is the 2nd generation owner since 1973 with a career supporting 55 years with the Volco team. Is originally from MN and obtained a BSEE from UMN. At one time or another – sold in Volco’s entire territory solving problems while creating many valued relationships. “Providing solutions is why I am still here. Brad has been with Volco in an Outside Sales Representative role for 35 years! He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team given his many years of experience calling primarily on OEM accounts. Brad is our resident Raytek expert – participating within many technical Classes allowing him expertise across all their product offering. Brad obtained a BA in Business Management from Bethyl University.

Kurt came to Volco in 2018. His sales career started in the Electrical Industry 30+ years ago. Kurt obtained a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
John Skow

John has been with Volco Company for 26 Years as our Vice President and Outside Sales Representative covering Eastern Iowa. He has over 30 years in the electrical industry and obtained an AA degree in Business Administration from Kirkwood College. John resides in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Mike Barnes

Mike has been a part of the Volco team within Outside and Inside Sales positions for the past 44 years! His experience includes engineering and teaching. Mike obtained BSED & MS degrees in Chemistry.
Joe DeSylvester
Sr. Inside Sales Engineer
Office Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Joe has worked for Volco over the past 39 years! His primary responsibilities support both the Outside Sales team and Volco customers, providing quotes and technical support. Joe obtained a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH.

Bill is our newest addition. Along with inside sales duties he is also our web developer. Bill has over 15 years of development, technical, and teaching experience.

Robin has been with Volco for 34 years. She came to Volco as a member of the Customer Service Team and primarily supports all Chromalox sales and customer service-related inquiries.
Barb Jahnke

Barb started with Volco 25 years ago. She started as our receptionist eventually making the transition to our Customer Service Team. Her primary responsibility supports all Marley Engineered sales and customer service-related inquiries.
Celly Stevens

Celly is the newest member of the Volco team, joining Volco in 2019. She brings 24 years of customer service experience and is the first voice you hear when calling our corporate office. She’s always happy to help our customers!
